Hi! I’m Jen!

Whether I’m speaking on stage, conducting workshop trainings, or coaching one on one, I am a high energy crazy fun dance guide who specializes in helping you transform the way you see yourself by empowering with self-confidence, personal power and self-love with DANCE.

You see I have a saying, “How you show up on the dance floor is how you show up in life. “

Being a dance educator for over 15 years and a performer since childhood, I have learned that dance teaches many lessons about life. Among the few, it teaches you to show up on the dance floor and BEcome the best version of yourself with power, confidence, joy, expression, beauty, grace and worthiness. Dance is an amazing practice and tool to relieve stress, get out of your head and into the present moment. It is a moving mediation and can heal your life in so many ways.
